He explained everything and helped ease my fears, however their billing department sucks.Jessica is extremely rude, and snippy.I received a bill in the mail and it turns out they billed the wrong amount, when she called me back to answer questions, she was rude, as if I was a bother to her.I said "I received such and such in the mail" and she said "Well, I just said I fixed it this morning" And very annoyed that I needed payment arrangements.they need a new billing receptionist.May 31, 2017by Autumn Peirson
