- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Cuff and his staff have been nothing but helpful and caring. Dr. Cuff has done rotator cuff surgery on both my shoulders. The last one was in Dec. 2015. I live in Michigan and came to Florida to have him do my surgery. I have full range of motion in BOTH shoulders. I have friends who have had the surgery else where about the same time mine was done and they aren't even close to my motion. Him and his staff have always taken the time to answer my questions and see me when I thought there was a problem. I can't recommend him enough!June 02, 2017by Gail Karoub
