  I really loved my first and second visits to this dentist. Dr. Davis was really down to earth and very good at explaining the pain I was having . The 1st surgery went well. But then for the 2nd surgery, the gal at the front desk was not sympathetic when my work schedule needed me to work extra and postpone it. She matter of fact stated that my $500 deposit was none refundable. I thought I had already changed the date but she rudely stated that I NEVER did that and this was the date. If she would have at least acted somewhat sympathetic, I wouldn't have been as upset, but the attitude made it worse. Then the WORST thing EVER, they waited until I was under IV sedation and then told my husband that he had to pay an additional $751. Nobody told me that ahead of time and they actually waited until I was sedated to tell him that! What would they have done if he didn't have a credit card on him? Would I be held under sedation until he came up with $751? I really thought I found a great new Dentist but I don't know if it is Her or her staff that has put this bad taste in my mouth. I guess I may have to go back to the internet to find a good Dentist with a good staff as well!
